Mr. Silvi founded DSC in October of 1989. Prior to that he spent over two years with Alden Personnel, where he managed Alden's IT recruiting function from inception to an operational group producing over half a million dollars in billing a year. Mr. Silvi also was Alden's top producer across all operational groups for the years 1987 and 1988. Prior to Alden, Mr. Silvi spent two and half years with the MIS Recruiting Team of Fortune Personnel of Stamford. He was consistently among the top billers of this 50 office, national franchise. Mr. Silvi has a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Mass Communication from Emerson College.

His track record of success during his 20 years in corporate America immediately translated to the search business and his early accomplishments have far exceeded the norm. Since joining Datapath Search in mid-2005, Mr. Newcomer has evolved into one of the best recruiters Datapath has been able to provide our clients with in our long history. Tor spent several years successfully brokering major commercial mortgages. Prior to that, his experience was in the restaurant management industry. Additionally, Tor is often recogonized by virtue of his almost thirty year career as a well-known and popular musician.
